Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme

SIBA and the Australian Property Institute (NSW Division) jointly prepared a response to the Australian Government's exposure draft on the CPRS. This important Bill was defeated on the floor of the Senate at the first pass. SIBA and the API (NSW) believe that the Bill has significant flaws in its legal land-based framework.
